Billy is a dead man.

His best friend and gateway drive, AUSTIN, deserted him at a hit gone wrong. He made it back to his girlfriend, SARAH - only to catch a slug in the back, and watch her be shot down as well. Whoever shot Billy killed him in the same instant that his heart broke-

Now he's back, with a bullet hole in his chest and a chip on his shoulder. He's clinically dead, according to KELLY, the forensic pathologist who was performing his autopsy... but even that's not going to stop him from finding the people who shot him before they skip town-

Even if they're closer to him than he thinks.

As his Dead Man's Hour ticks away, Billy has a decision to make-
