San Diego Asian Film Festival 2008

He came from a strong but thrifty family, and a life of hand me-downs. His only dream was to get his own brand new pair of shoes. Until one day a freak accident leads to tragedy. After witnessing the death of the man who saves his life, he withdraws to a life of isolation and sadness. He starts collecting useless things, and when he eventually leaves home, he lands a job tending a garden for a woman who directs him to allow nothing to grow. After seasons of emptiness in the garden a secret from that tragic day finally consumes him, and he sets off on quest to answer questions and to finally define himself.
